REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Return Window We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
- Apparel (shirts, denim, jackets) — returnable if unworn and unaltered
- Hats — returnable if unworn and in original shape
- Belts — returnable if unworn with original packaging
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Boots (all boot purchases are final sale)
- All sale and clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at granimperiowesternwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items. Contact us at granimperiowesternwear@gmail.com to confirm availability before sending your item back.
