SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email]. We'll work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
